Refund policy

• Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Must return in new condition
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to used returns
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost
• The initial shipping cost is nonrefundable
• Free return labels on orders over $20
• Refunds will be submitted once we receive and inspect the return

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to request a return within this period.

For a successful return, ensure the item remains in its original condition - unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. Should you identify any defects or damages, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and take corrective measures to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, returns for sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and examined your return, confirming whether the refund has been approved. In the event of approval, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require some time.
